Everything owners, managers, and sales reps ask before they put BVField App in the field. If your question is not here, call or email and you will get a real answer from the people who built it.
A mobile field sales platform for window and door replacement dealers. A rep opens it on the phone or tablet they already carry, captures the appointment, measures and configures each opening, takes photos, and generates a priced quote on the spot. The homeowner can review, sign, and pay the deposit from their own phone.
Window and door replacement companies that sell in the home: owners, sales managers, and the reps running appointments. It fits a one-rep shop and a nationwide organization with hundreds of reps. Plans scale by rep count.
No. It works with or without a CRM. If you have one, we connect it during onboarding so appointments and quotes flow into the system you already use. If you do not, BVField App keeps the record of every appointment and quote so nothing lives in a rep's notebook.
It replaces the in-home paper, the calculator, the night spent rebuilding a quote from photos and notes, and the emailed PDF that arrives two days later. It does not replace your CRM, your accounting, or your installers' scheduling. It feeds them.
Any manufacturer. Your product catalog and your rate sheet are loaded for your company during onboarding, so reps only see the lines you sell, priced the way you price them. Single-brand dealers and independents carrying multiple lines run on the same platform.
No. Your rep closes the sale. BVField App removes everything that gets between a good rep and a signed agreement: waiting on pricing, driving back for a second visit, and quotes that go stale overnight. It lets the rep close faster, cleaner, and on-site.
For signing in, generating the quote, collecting the signature, taking the deposit, emailing the quote, and syncing to your CRM: yes. Those run through secure servers and payment processing.
For running the appointment: no. Once the form is open, a rep can lose signal completely and keep working. Every field and every photo is saved on the device as they go. If the page is closed or reloaded with no signal, it comes back with the work restored.
Nothing is lost. The app keeps saving on the device. Tapping Save Draft with no signal stores the draft locally and shows an "Offline" banner. The moment the phone reconnects, the draft syncs on its own and the rep continues to the quote. Quote totals refresh as soon as the connection returns.
Practical habit we recommend: open the form in the driveway where signal is confirmed, then walk in. Most homes with weak cell coverage have Wi-Fi, and the app needs very little bandwidth.
No special hardware. Reps use the phone, tablet, or laptop they already carry. Anything with a modern browser works.
Yes. iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac, and Windows. It runs in Safari, Chrome, and Edge.
No. BVField App is a secure web app. Reps open a link, sign in, and go. Nothing to install, nothing to update. Reps can add it to their home screen so it opens like any other app.
Yes. Every rep has their own sign-in and their own appointment list. Your plan is priced per rep, so the whole team can be in the field at once.
A working window and door rep who tested BVField App delivered quotes about 60 percent faster than her previous process. Her old process was several hours at night on three monitors pulling labor, products, and the CRM together. With BVField App the quote is done before the rep leaves the driveway.
Yes. One tap sends the quote to the homeowner from your company's name, with a link to the quote page where they can review, sign, and pay.
Yes. The homeowner signs on their own phone or the rep's device. The acceptance screen states plainly that signing forms a binding agreement and that the deposit is charged next, so there is no ambiguity for either side.
Yes. The quote link stays live. They can open it at the kitchen table that night and sign and pay without the rep present. You choose how long a quote stays valid.
Yes. When the homeowner signs, the deposit is collected by card through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. The deposit percentage is set for your company. The homeowner receives a receipt.
Yes. Save Draft keeps the appointment in the rep's list to reopen anytime, on any device they sign in from.
The rep reopens the appointment, makes the change, and generates a new quote. The new version replaces the old one at the same link.
Yes. Windows, doors, and specialty openings, with your product families and types under each. Multiple openings of different sizes and types go on one quote.
Every appointment and quote is stored under your company, with the rep, date, status, signature, and deposit recorded. Reporting views are part of onboarding conversations, so tell us what you need to see.
From your rate sheet, not ours. During onboarding we load your manufacturer rates, product type multipliers, minimums, frame, glass, energy and sound upcharges, labor by category, and tax rules. The engine applies them to each opening as the rep enters it. Every dealer prices the way they already price.
It prices at your minimum rate and is flagged on the quote summary so the rep sees it before anything goes to the homeowner. We add the item to your rate sheet and it prices correctly from then on.
Yes. Send us the updated rate sheet and it is loaded for your company. Manufacturer price increases, labor changes, and seasonal adjustments all go through the same path.
Your tax rate and what it applies to (product, labor, or both) are set for your company and applied automatically on every quote.
Yes. It is set per company and shown to the rep live on the appointment summary and to the homeowner on the quote.
Yes. Offers with an expiration date appear on the quote and expire on their own, which gives the homeowner a real reason to decide now.
Openings can be flagged for manual review before the quote goes out, and any quote can be regenerated after a correction. Nothing is final until the homeowner signs.
No. Without a CRM, BVField App is the record of every appointment and quote. With a CRM, we connect it so your existing pipeline stays the source of truth.
Salesforce is connected today, in both directions: pull the lead into the appointment, and push the appointment back to the lead. Other systems are connected as part of onboarding. Tell us what you use and we scope it.
It is a one-time connection fee separate from the setup fee, charged only when you name a CRM. Amounts are on the pricing page.
Within 24 hours of signing and sending us your setup materials, your reps have working sign-in links, your catalog and rate sheet are loaded, your logo and company name are on every quote, and a rep can run a real appointment. Setup is done for you, not by you.
We can go live with your catalog and add pricing as you send it. Unpriced items are flagged so no quote goes out with a guess.
By magic link. A rep enters their email and gets a secure sign-in link. No passwords to create, forget, or share.
Yes. Plans are per rep. Start with the reps you have and add seats as the team grows.
Send us the name and email and the rep is added, or removed, the same day. A removed rep loses access immediately and their appointments stay with your company.
Reps who have run in-home appointments pick it up in one walkthrough. Onboarding includes a live session with your team, and the tour covers every screen.
A monthly price per rep plus a one-time setup fee, in three tiers by team size: Standard for 1 to 9 reps, Growth for 10 to 99, and Enterprise for 100 and up. Larger tiers get a lower per-rep rate and a deeper setup. See the pricing page for current figures and minimum terms.
Because setup is real work done for you: loading your catalog, building your rate sheet into the pricing engine, branding your quote, provisioning reps, and connecting your CRM. Half of the setup fee is due at signing.
No discounts. Instead of a trial, you get a real demo: we set up a company, you sign in as a rep, and you run an appointment end to end, including the quote, signature, and a test deposit. Request a demo.
The same way your customers buy from you in the app. Choose a plan and seat count, receive an instant quote, sign, and pay, all in one sitting. Monthly billing runs by card through Stripe.
Each plan carries a minimum term shown on the pricing page. Full terms are in the Terms of Service, and we will walk through them with you before you sign.
You do. Your appointments, quotes, photos, and customer records belong to your company. We host them and keep them secure.
No. We do not sell or share personal information. The privacy policy says so in writing.
Yes. Ask and we provide an export of your company's records.
On US cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections, sign-in by magic link, sessions that expire, and card payments handled entirely by Stripe so card numbers never touch our systems. Details are on the security page.
